He'll lose his belt if he doesn't agree to a rematch and Khan will be the interim title holder and fight a second rate challenger for far less money so everyone is a loser.
In all fairness the fight was a farce and should never have been held in DC, I thought it was surprising that Golden Boy agreed to the fight being held there.
