There's a bike on Northcote road, with two locks and a note saying something like, "This bike was stolen from me. I've put my lock on it so you can't take it away. Please remove your lock and I won't ask any questions".
Unfortunately, the bike, note and locks have evidently been there for a long time and the wheels have been tacoed.
