the controversial practise of Water-boarding is actually much less sinister than the human rights activists might have you believe.
the CIA actually have a giant lake at an undisclosed location where they take suspects for a day of riding a surf-board whilst being towed around by a speedboat. afterwards they all have a big spread of party food to tuck into before they are asked nicely to tell them what they know.
the real reason this is considered horrible is that vegans are unable to have the jelly and ice-cream but the gov refuse to offer a vegan substitute.
they allow the 'torture' rumour regarding the practice to continue to circulate to allow defecting terrorists to save face in front of their peers. because who wants it known that you caved and told them everything because they had a guy who does balloon animals.
