it is indeed! by the time i'd collected it from mr goff the lad had outgrown it and both daughters are already sorted, ah well. one thing I would say is that it wouldn't suit someone with a 'muscular' riding style as it is a flexy frame

Yep, I wouldn't advise getting a track frame made from an Air tubeset, they are quite flexy.. Sprinting uphill is an odd feeling..
