The sloping top tube comes from pursuit bikes right? low front ends for running bullhorns, whereas in the past they had 650 or 24inch front wheels these are no longer track legal hence to move to twin 700s.

differences, whereas some of these 700c lo pro frames are built to be ridden on the track with bull horns/pursuit bars, others such as the mash, with less extreme drop, are more designed this way to look cool.
