OK a couple of things, have added myself to the spreadsheet for ongoing weight loss on this thread but can't now find the spreadsheet and have no easy access to it as a result and actually have no idea if I'm actually on it or not. Plus I found it originally by doing a search in posts not threads for 'spread sheet' this was the only way I could find it after seeing a reference in this thread. Is there any way to make it simpler to find?!
