Really? That's good to know for the future.
It took me bout 5 mins to make the pastry, though it wasn't proper puff- but 'rough puff'.
I was arguing with my friend about speed and ease of bake time- because my argument was that I don't have a freezer so buying pastry is inefficient, whereas I can knock it up pretty quick these days.
