Ok....so I have removed both cartridges now. The bottom one feels loose and extremely gritty. The top one feels a tiny bit gritty but seems to be in relatively good shape. It feels like it still has grease inside it.
They are Enduro 6806 LLB
The cheapest price I can find is £48 not including P&P! Here
I cannot afford this.

Can anybody suggest something a little bit more wallet friendly? I think one of the cartridges is ok to be reused but I feel it would be good practice to replace both while I've got the headset apart...
