up a couple pounds thanks to my crash last week. missed 4 days off the bike as couldn't commute and was generally inactive due to massive shoulder pain. This also lead to bad eating habits as I was being lazy and also felt like I needed some 'comfort' foods to help take my mind off my injuries.
