    W 8 mile run to work
    T 50 mile afterworker ride
    F rest
    S 8 mile run
    S rest

    Then repeat but upping the Saturday run by two miles each week till I hit 24 and running in to work Tuesdays and Fridays from two weeks' time (my commute on public transport should be less tedious by then as I'll have moved).
