    a beach

Neither of these things exist in the UK.

  • Most Brits go on holiday to find the above

Flip flops in 4dg, walking round Shepherds Bush and Clapham on the other hand is something Brits DON'T do

  • Just doing some catching up on this:

Grenson's - I have a 6 year old pair still going very strong.

Those moccasins are fucking gash and look like craft project from a summer camp. If you pay any money for those please PM me for deals on some Arizona beach front property...... .

    This. ^^^^^

  • Oh come on GA2G! You also have to agree with the espadrilles thing

  • Most Brits go on holiday to find the above

Yeah, Ryanair flights to Magaluf to eat fucking egg and chips every day.

  • You're talking about Northerners, that doesn't count

  • Same shite, different shit'ole.

  • Yeah, cos I'd really love to go to Australia

  • In the search for decent Hand made made casual shoes I have been eyeing up Oak Street Bootmakers.

Prices are on the high side but they do make a few nice looking shoes and thankfully some without that ugly white vibram sole.

  • ^Nice. Like the blue with brown sole on their site.

  • Yeah, cos I'd really love to go to Australia

Why would you? You got everyfink you want roit 'ere in Engerland.

  • Except for all the Aussies who inexplicably come here to moan...

  • Its not really moaning... its just making observations about all the things that are shit.

  • Like every single piece of footwear in this WHOLE THREAD!

  • Its not really moaning... its just making observations about all the things that are shit.

Glad you've fucked off home then!

I'd rather spend a week in Port Talbot than Australia

  • my old desert boots from Camper is pretty worn and dirty looking now, but it was comfortable for both walking and riding with clip and strap.

I've a butcher at Clark's original which seemed to tick the box, but is there any other desert boots that I should look for other than Clark's?

  • You're partially deaf right? Just checkin...

A fully deaf person know what considered good music more than you do? just checkin...

  • ^^Ed you can buy just a standard desert boot from Military surplus shops and such look for under £30. A place in Kentish Town does the 2 eyelet versions for £25.
Failing that MultiGrooves is selling a pair.

  • I saw that, too big for me (Clarks sizing mean I'm 8 and a half).

  • well I'm getting some from KT tomorrow, I can take a pic and see what you think.

  • cheer, the soles are rather slim and the shape fit clip and strap rather well, as well as being rather comfortable in both cold and warm weather (worn it in the summer of California and the winter of Cumbria).

  • Woven leather shoes are never, ever a sartorial choice. Neither are espadrilles.

    Absolute bollocks.

  • Absolute bollocks.
