I've a friend of a friend who is also in it for the win, possibly the same guy but from what I hear there are some very swift people entered. I'm never going to win whatever so it's all a slightly moot point anyway - it'll just be me against myself.
Mixed feelings about todays 50k. Furthest I've ever run but only just squeezed in ahead of anticipated race pace and I certainly couldn't have kept it up for another 110km!
