  • I'm conflicted, as I'm sure you are cleft. Little chap wants a home and you clearly love him. But I can't help of thinking that somewhere there's a family beside itself with worry about their lost kiteh..

But, if you get him scanned and there's no chip you've done all you can do the best you could do for him is to take him in and give him a loving home.. I'd liked to think that if our Molly want missing.

I am conflicted - he's such a lovely cat I can't help thinking there's someone missing him - I know I would if he was mine.
Posters have been up all week, had one call from my batty neighbour who just wanted to know the gossip - and another from a chap that lost his black cat last Sept - nowt else.

This is the current plan, as long as he comes back tonight:

    • Take kitteh to vets to see if he has a chip
    • If he has chip - trace the owner
    • If no chip - arranged to have him chipped with our info (this can always be transferred if we find the owner)
    • change his collar and put my phone number on it. - If he is going back to another house they will notice this and hopefully call me.
    • If nothing happens - he stays with me as long as he wants.
