Today I spotted something really shocking! I was waiting for the light to change and I noticed a guy on a bike ready to RLJ a busy Camden crossing with a little kid on his bike. It wouldn't be shocking if the kid wasn't just sitting on his top tube like on a horse (the only thing keeping him on the bike were his little hands holding the handlebar), yes NO KIDDO THINGY SEAT, no helmet (daddy had one!), any sort of straps! Kid was possibly 2 years old! I said the guy "almost" RLJ because I think he noticed me and a fellow cyclists shocked look so he stopped and waited. Perfect way to loose your kid on the way to nursery..."oh shit I must have dropped him on the way?"
