We have an association which does a hell of a lot for the sport including raising awareness. We have elected committee members for various divisions, and I would say that you shouldn't just chuck any old flyer out.
We had a long drawn out process to decide on our branding, which resulted in a great logo and there are other factors that can't be known to everyone, hence a committee.
eg. I think the association want all traffic pointed at www.lhbpa.org rather than the forum.
Obviously we all agree that getting new players is important, but this can still be done in-line with the rest of our image. As I said, just run is past Josh, the chairman.
