Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

They know full well you could return said items for free, get a refund and then re-buy at the cheaper price so it's less work for them to give you back the difference, it's not because they want to.

So everyone wins, right? The customers get the stuff they wanted for a price that was even lower than they were willing to pay. And Rapha has less administration work to do, and a small army of people who go onto the interwebs to proclaim how great their customer service is.
