I have tyres and tubes we will build it on Sunday because I doubt we will have enough for polo this Sunday anyway, Andy can buy anything else, grips etc

So how many people are playing tonight and how many of them have bikes, it its 7 of us with 5 bikes it's not going to work

I'm in, 1 bike (ain't done mirek's yet) 1 wheel (3 technically) and 2 1/2 mallets (information in brackets)

mirek's bike still works though, can use it tonight maybe as a loaner? If he can play that is?

don't reckon he'd want to fuck about getting it from mine and then returning it so I can break it with hammers tomorrow

either way we have enough, i dont mind lending my bike out for games

I'm gonna look over it today, I think that last crash fucked it, the front wheel was half out the dropout, the front brake was pushed into the wheel a bit and I reckon the headset has gone, or I'd prefer it to be the headset than the fork

yeah, bottom bearings have cracked on the headset
