Road Wheels & Road Wheel Recommendations?

Ok spoke to just riding along

They're able to do me a 32h Miche Primato road hub on Velocity A23 rim double butted DT comp spokes for £240. That wheelset really sounds like a winner to me, the hubs are sealed rather than cup and cone (easy to maintain) and weigh less than the hope hubs.

My other alternative is to go for an Ultegra hub instead of the Miche and that'll set me back £280.

What do you guys think? The weight saving between the two would be in the Miche favour so I really don't know what I'd gain on the Ultegras.

Anyone? I'd like to order the wheels as soon as possible. As they could take 2 weeks to be built. I don't think I could get anything as good as that for the money. Budget £300 tops.
