Unlocked the L85A2 last night on BF3, well worth putting up with the "win 5 squad death match" requirement.

I'm dreading doing the squad death match part of that assignment, have a feeling my W/L will take a pretty big hit

Finally went back to MW3 single player and completed it. Pretty good I suppose, just felt like more of the same.

Now for some more laps on forza in my recently suped up sierra cosworth... skyrim, you can have a break.

After I lost my Skyrim 99hour campaign save game, I'm having difficulty getting back into it - just finding myself skipping everything and fast travelling everywhere, not giving it any consideration. On the one hand I'm a level 10 Nord with archery nearly maxed out (only using a bow - even in hand to hand!) On the other hand I just can't face it.

What does this mean? Do I have something wrong with me? Should I see a doctor? I'm worried and don't know who to turn to.

Jeez, if I had got through what was perhaps 50% of the game content already and lost my entire game I would have written it off for a good 6 months then started afresh once I missed it enough.

Maybe you need some time apart before you re-kindle your snow-bound love affair ;)

I still haven't got around to / been bothered to (delete either) complete the bloody main story yet. Will I?..

Hadn't played for a few weeks or so apart from a very brief log-in to check something the other day :)

I have next to zero time for such frivolities these days but managed to get my work done early today so snuck in a few hours this evening split screening with Sherlock.

I seem to have lost the plot in Skyrim. Literally.

I'd completed finding Esbern and the Karthspire camp and the "Dragon Wall" (or whatever that was), and then Delphine and Esbern buggered off back to Riverwood.

Since then, nothing. No sight nor sound of the main quest.

I've become Thane of most places, acquired houses all over, and am mostly walking the Earth and doing random things.

The only quests I have active are Miscellaneous ones.

Is there a way to somehow get back onto the main quest? I've done perhaps 50%+ of the game and am loathe to start again, but kinda feel like abandoning instead of wandering aimlessly.

Have you tried speaking to them in Riverwood? (If they're there and not at that old temple place that the Blades used to hang out)

You'll be surprised by how much of the main story you've actually done... all of a sudden its over, with no real fanfare.

have you done the missions with that dragon at the throat of the world?

Anybody got an idea what the new tour de France game on 360 is like? I've seen a trailer but it doesn't give any clues as to what the game play is like?

Its difficult to tell with sports games unless it is a well established franchise like FIFA etc. Best bet is to buy or borrow it when it comes out and be prepared to be disspointed.

Have you gone back to the greybeards? if memory serves you need to go and talk to arngeir or whatever his name is, and after being a bit of a defeatist prick "maybe the world is meant to end" he teaches you a shout that lets you get to the very top of the throat of the world.

There's a new TDF game? Do you mean the 2011 one by any chance?

Speaking of Forza, does anyone know if that new wireless wheel controller is any good and would work retrospectively with games like forza 3 and F1 2011? Saw it in Sainsbury's at the weekend for £29.99 which seemed reasonable if it gives you true analogue steering.

How do you fill soul gems with souls, so I can start enchanting weapons?
I've disenchanted stuff and used bought, full soul gems, but all the ones I own are empty.
I'm only a lvl 7 wood elf

No we don't score games, we're really well known in the industry and have great contacts. One of the main reasons the developers like us is that we really tell them what we think. We don't spend ages saying what the game is etc, but we say "this was cool, this was shit, and wtf were you thinking here?"

So, yes I can get it for "free" but I'd have to one up our resident beat-em-up person and that would be a little unfair since I don't give a shit about reviewing it ;)

^^Yeah I never bother, I just find the ones that are already filled and discard the empties. I think you need to have certain enchagted weapons already and if you kill an enemy within a short amount of time while using them, then it fills crystals. But that's just one way I'm sure there are plenty others.
