oki am coming i've jusst been faffing with freewheels got ot get inner tubes on the way be there ASAP

Request in order of priority:

1 - recruit new players: think we should get some business card/spoke cards made up that everyone can carry give to people/attach to bikes, think this can be done as a proiority even before having a website created

2 - look for/follow up new courts: it'd be great to have Whitworth available to play on again this year, can we find out whats going on + with the amount of old industrial space in manchester i think we should make an effort to find a way to get some indoor space + there are a number of other courts we have never looked into. Also maybe treat ourselves to a new set of goals for 2012.

**3 - host some sort of tourney **- NS/Invitational/indoor winter? whatever - as long as we have a good court/courts we should host a tournament to keep MCR in the national scene.

**4 - Improve our competitive play **- i think some contstuctive critiscism/discussion of tactics from senior players and just people who come from a more competitive sports background would be good. Plus drills, set play etc will be useful.

5 - Improve our social scene - we're never gonna get back to the days of everyone piling into sandbar with bikes, but perhaps there is somewhere else we can take over as our own for MCR polo, plus maybe a few non-polo activities that aren't based solely around alcohol (the horror!)?

Can help with designing graphics, logos, flyers, and can distribute flyer etc, plus happy to take a role in production for any tournament we choose to do.....

Drew's wheel will be ready or tonight, how far from completion is the gimp? could we sort it as a loaner for tiger for tonight with my old wheels?

neil will defo have a loaner bike. Info guy, get on it!

the gimp has never been started.... i keep offering it to people to take,put together and use but so far no takers....

Is it a bad idea to have a go at truing my front wheel? I feel I should at least give it a go seeing as I have a massive lunch break.

I'm doing it anyway. I'm feeling reckless.

Andy (BMX) is going to build up the gimp probly this weekend, he wants to play tonight too, it is sort of a full bike but needs building an will take a good few hours to get it running with breaks and stuff

Rob should I take that wheel back home tonight, the bike will probly be staying at our house anyway so good loaner in general

Neil if you are playing tonight is there any chance you could bring the loaner Nesbit was using? We will have 2 people without bikes

i think neil is in london all week, so won't be about for loaners etc. I might not have drew's wheel sorted yet, my tools ain't turned up still so moving the axle is a problem without taking the freewheel off, and the freewheel tool I need is still on it's way to me, I'll try and drop off the wheel with drew before I go to london so you have bikes for the weekend

wheel might be ready actually, I'll sort it now, does the gimp need owt for the weekend? still need tyres?

Fettling done here. I seem to have reduced the front wobble enough so I can have the brakes closer.
Also put a shorter stem on which could be better or a lot worse. I may bring the old one in case it's worse.

tyres, tubes, a seat clamp i think.... some loose bearing to sort out the -headset (fsa pig)
