Went for a 15km mountain run yesterday. As the day was manic, I had'nt really eaten or drunk beforehand. As it was -5C, once I'd bonked I had to keep going for fear of freezing (no fecking phone, idiot). At one point of the assent, I thought a rock had loosened and fallen into my face, only to discover it was my face falling into the rock.
Got to in-laws, to a sunday dinner. Drank 1 Ltr of water, and ate next to nothing. I just could'nt. I'm eating OK today, but feel I'm missing a shit load of caleries still. I'm weight training tonight. Should I try and eat a bit more, or just have a normal dinner and HTFU.
