Only 10 to 12 and I've eaten my lunch (1x apple and 2 pate sandwiches) already. This seems to happen every Monday morning. I think It's the transition of moving from weekend eating habits to working week eating habits.
What can I eat this afternoon which isn't going to be high in calories but will fill me up for a little bit. Besides more water and green tea.
Chocolates have just been handed out around the office. Was hard to say no. But I did!
