    I have seen men front off when racist comments have been made at The Arsenal and i hope there is no way these twats got out of the ground with out someone having a word!

    From what it sounds like, the witness statement the papers have quoted is from someone else in the stand, which is heartening. More so than the boos he got when he next got the ball anyhow.

    It was the same with the guy in the executive box and Chelsea who apparently made racist comments about Sturridge a couple of months back, it was someone else in the crowd who reported him.

    I think a significant amount of progress has been made in the last 25 or so years, even since I was younger when I remember being in a large section of the crowd at a Northwich Vics game who were chanting racist abuse at a former player.

    It's generally understood now that this is completely unacceptable, but there are always going to be a few backwards idiots at every club who think this is just political correctness gone mad or whatever. It's just a shame Liverpool's behaviour around the Suarez thing has played the ball so nicely in their court.
