  • i have dual BB'5 and there really good, low lever resistance, endo easly, skid easily and the pair was £30

a trials guy in Edinburgh at the house we stayed at had dual hydraulic disks, i was drunk and couldnt really figure it out but from what i remember he had a larger master cylinder off a motorbike that both breaks went to and it just sort of evened out the force between them equally, not much front rear modulation though i guess

Nah, that was just a hose splitter for a Magura rim-brake. All it does is tidy up the hoses. It is just a T shaped hose-mount so you can run the calipers in parallel rather than series and is still a single brake system.

If you attach one of those to make a dual brake hydro system it won't work without an extra bunch of modification. You'll get double the amount of lever travel as you'd need to displace double the amount of fluid to get both brakes to contact.

If you get the right calipers and right lever it should work. But it's all about matching up the fluid displacements and so far I aint bothered my backside to follow it up.

    Too many projects.
