Thierry Henry is an absolute legend of the game and I think he will add something, if only character and leadership. I don't think Wenger has really done much wrong here.

You have a short memory. Henry was an astonishingly skillful player, but his on field petulance and very public shows of disapproval when players didn't pass to him showed he was not a leader.
