  • upper or lower body? what kind of moves you doing in the gym?

    Upper really. I alread have massive thighs from single speeding up mountions with short legs ;)

    Doing stupid amounts of neck, shoulders, upper back, and chest. I'm in the front row of the scrum, and I a tad small (furry enought though)

    Have a read through this, apologies if you already know this... All about the compound moves, and kettle bells.
