Phoenix makes me think of the Phoenix Four - the bunch of self-deluded salesmen who bought MG-Rover from BMW and proceeded to drive it into the ground through spectacular mismanagement and misunderstanding of their product and the market for it, and helping themselves to most of the cash.
So tainted with failure you might as well call it Laker.
How about "Renaissance" instead?
