I would wait for the moderators to merge threads then state next steps so that all info is consolidated in one place.
If you intend to run an auction here I would think you need to accept whatever the final bid is at he end of the auction, set a clear time limit and ensure that all bids are visible to other parties (I.e. done by post in thread).
