Is it just me who thinks that, for a custom made bike, this is too small?

It's very nice but given the amount of seatpost showing and the handlebar position, it would have made sense to make the frame slightly larger, no?

It's not really that extreme now is it? After being fitted at Roberts and discussing the geometry this is what resulted. Keep in mind that probably wont be the final handlebar position and that I have pretty much all of my 6 ft 3 height in my legs and it doesn't seem that crazy.
