Arg, every time I come home to Swansea my insomnia kicks in. Last night I didn't sleep until past 4ish, I bet tonight is going to be the same.
I think the main problem is that I'm not active here like I am in London, where I have to cycle to college or go to work and do things all day, here I get driven everywhere then walk leisurely around shops, then get driven home and food is placed in front of me, then I might be allowed to do a tiny bit of washing up before the agonising trek upstairs to slump on the sofa for 5 hours to watch tv. I'm not used to such a sedentary life and my body is crying out for some exercise!
