That Bont measuring chart assumes very thin socks. Measure again with very thick socks and allow a bit of slack.
In summer I wear 45.5 Sidis, after summer is over I wear 46.5s with thick socks and when it gets really cold I wear some ancient Sidi MTB boots that are a 47, but I can add fleece socks over ordinary socks and a thick insole.
They are really sloppy fitting but I can cope with well below freezing for a while, but I also use some battery heated insoles. If I am out for any long winter rides as soon as I feel a slight chill I turn the soles on. Absolutely amazing!
