Tune would make sense for a topend wheel build. They were well rated on the Fairwheel(?) test and seem to have a rep on WW. I can't remember which ones smallfurry went for - they weren't the uber light ones.
Mack are another option. The downside is the waiting time.
First step has to be to lock down your budget.
