MGM - You don't get many options for hubs at £200 a pair and certainly not Zipp hubs, they'd be more like £500-£700 depending on type, bearing etc... Why not go for a cheap generic hub like those found on www.bikehubstore.com
Spencey - Go for the Shimano hubs then, you can get Ultegra for the same price as Hope with change or if you can stump up a bit more go Royce.
