I've heard rumourz, which I thought came from Zipp. IMO fucking about with the colour of the spokes must have a detrimental effect... but, it's probably so small that it actually has no real life effect. The main drawback on a 32h+ build is the price.

Again imo, black hubs and spokes will look better on black OP's rather than grey ones. A friend has black hubs, spokes, and OP's, but with silver nipples. It looks good, because the nipples complement the silver machined sidewalls of the black OP's, and balance it out...

...altho as the looks starts to drift towards being slightly more modern I'd favour CXP33's for the slight aero look.

Thanks mate looks great. Still not decided might go with 105 on OP yet, they seem good for year round running in all weather.
