Had dinner at Le Dauphin in Paris 2 weeks ago, couldn't get a table at Le Chateaubriand so we were glad to get something at Inaki Aizpitarte's other venture. Had 5 dishes between the two of us and all were executed with such finesse that I was really impressed.
Technique, seasoning, produce, presentation and produce were all first class. Very reasonably priced too.
Mrs jaw said the sucking pig was the highlight of the meal whereas I reckon dessert (Basque cherry cake with almonds) was pretty special.
