I'd targeted 130m for 24hrs when I was meant to be doing Ultra Commonwealths this year, before injury. Will have another crack at it this year, injury gods willing.

Sorry the graph is rubbish - way to tired to think much more about it now.
I don't think I was overdoing it before, however I was training hard and so there was probably a certain amount of tiredness in the legs that isn't there now. Even so I'm going to bed - I flew in from Oz only 2 days ago and I only got 2 hours sleep last night because I had to drive my GF to the airport super early this morning.
