Posh Food

For me the service at the Fat Duck wasn't really service per say. Yes they were super attentive and all that. I had "fun" there. No ego. No pretence (Alain Ducasse and Marcus Waring was all a bit straight laced and dress code). At FD I wore converse and just laughed so much with the staff.. They were like extra guests at our table.

this, same kind of thing at Noma, really friendly and help you have a great experience.

Waterside was more traditional and the service was bonkersly good. I'm sure some of them receive ninja training
