A friend of mine recently got his bike written off by a driver, she has accepted full reliability etc.

He just needs to get a valuation of his bike over to the insurers, but at the minute is having difficulty.

Mosquito Bikes on Essex rd, apparently do valuations. Usualy it's before the event, but they might be worth a call. Plus as a boutique bike shop they'll probably be reassuringly expensive.
