  • 1st day of training. Smacked it out at 110 rpm can't remember the wattage, but not insubstantial (80% max)

    Heart rate at 190 at end of 3 minute sets.
    Started the mystery supplement. Tastes like crap.
    6 months to go.
    Didn't weigh in today because you should do it at the same time every day if possible and I spent all morning in my car.
