Motorcycle and Scooter appreciation

This just turned up in the mail.
Padding it with Gel pads from an old bike seat and D30 sheet I got dontated FirstGear Introduces d3o Armor for Motorcycle Jackets - Chrome World - YouTube
(what d30 is)
So should be really comfy and shock absorbing.

Interesting

Is the seat pan mounted on springs, or hard fixed to the frame.

I am a big fan of using an MTB shock on a hardtail, as springs just bounce you out the seat all the time

I got springs at teh mo, but it actually rode better when the pan was fixed straight to the frame
