Cona Vacuum / Siphon brewer. Nice to watch, can make a very clear detailed brew but very tricky to get right. Forget the spirit burner and get a small butane burner or the stovetop version.
The Hario version with cloth filter seems popular these days. Need to keep the filter submerged in water in the fridge, and pay mucho hipster tax.
