  • I was doing more in a day before (80 - 100 in sets of 20 before work, during ad breaks etc) but this seems harder and is having more effect as they are all in a shorter space of time. My shoulders, chest and tris feel more defined.

    I am currently beasting myself at the gym every other day. I have a mad plan to play front row rugby, while also making up the team numbers for some challenging roadie events. Stupid mixture of hobbies. But there you go.

    The daily push up routine. Keeps my muscles feeling stiff. Which in turn motivates me to hit the gym.

    Nice one. The seasons over up here. Its killing me, as I finally had my running game dialled in after 2 years of training myself to run like a back (too small to run through people in my old age).
