  • 30 when I wake up.
    30 when I get to work.
    30 after lunch.
    30 when I get home.
    30 after training, while I'm waiting for the shower to get warm.

    I used to do a set before getting into bed. But it ups my heart rate.
    This is damaging to my core strength regime though. As in I dont have one any more.
