RIght, I fully expect to get ridiculed for this request but here it goes.

I want to set up my bike so I can sit on it stationary in front of a mirror and observe my position, with the idea being I can then set up the set, bars etc to fit me. I don't have a turbo/rollers or anything like that and Im too much of a cheapskate to want to purchase either. Was thinking about putting some wooden blocks on the floor to prob the chainstays but I have a feeling this would lead to certain doom. Anyone got any top tips on a bodge way of doing it?

I have a pair of headphones that really aren't that special - never been great sound quality, fairly uncomfortable - but they hold tremendous sentimental value to me having been given to me by this man:
They've received a lot of use and they're now falling apart. The phono extension was first as I have a bad habit of wrapping it around my phone to store it in my pocket. But the ear pieces are going too. I could simply replace the extension cable and that'd do a lot to actually make the things work properly (currently you need to apply pressure at a certain angle constantly to get sound)
Does anyone know anywhere I could get them refurbished? Or ideally *if such a thing is possible: upgraded. So they look the same but have proper audio bits that will last and if needs be repaired again in the future.

They're the same model Wesc's as the picture, so the shell has no obvious screws but for a proper refurb job I suspect someone far more dexterous than I could cut off the ear foam, do what's needed to the interiors, then attach new ear pieces? Or is there more to it than meets the ear?

I have 2 sets, bought 2 since they got discontinued.
Only ever used the 1st set, over 10yo and running.
They just don't break!... and sound superbly(to dj, wouldn't recommend to listen).
