All I'm getting is noise, and all I want is silence. I realise that what I hear is always biased by the person telling it, and I realise that as the vast majority of communication is private that there's always going to be a black hole in my knowledge of what's going on.
It's a lot easier for me to deal with situations when nothing is happening (i.e. no situation), then it is for me to pick through the fragments of always strongly biased info I hear.
You want me to PM first, but then so does everyone. There aren't enough hours in the day and so to be fair I PM no-one involved. I'm not the arbitration process for the forum, I'm the admin... I just run it technically. Ultimately the people here should be able to resolve their own differences without me being involved, but when it starts to look like a turf war and people are acting pissy, expect everyone to be dismayed and just want to knock heads together.
Don't ever expect me to go personally asking people involved, I never have and never will. Why? Because I shouldn't even be in that position! Don't act in such a way that I am in that position or you feel you need me to, it means you've already fucked up in some way.
I'm so fucking angry. Why you all can't STFU... hell, the only way I think it might be possible IS to ban you all. It's as if you all collectively want me to.
