One that I've only ever picked up in Scotland, but always enjoy: Deanston.
Made in Doune (home of Castle Anthrax, Monty Python fans).
They've recently changed their bottling from 40% ABV to 46%, and it's now non-chill filtered.
Lots of flavours, one of those drams that changes from the first sip, through a nice swirl round your mouth, and into the finish. Not specially peaty or phenolic, a really good all-rounder.
