Are all the asides meant to mask the fact that this is a two man effort?
If this is that case, Dommy and I cracked out (almost) 3 laps yesterday, fixed 68-70GI.
One warmup lap, one lap acting like "weekend warriors who don't race" and a warm-down lap (scientific like).
Can I post this?
