Pictures are of the 50mm's, which came like that. They look pretty cool, I think, black hubs/spokes/rims.
I followed MrSmyth's advice and ordered some Scotch Brite Maroon pads- I'll rub down the glossy 88mm with them when they arrive.
Then, I'm in two minds- thinking that I'll probably unlace the first wheelset and reuse the hubs, build up the 60/88mm pair on those and reuse the tubs as well.
This is mainly as I don't see the point in having two 50mm wheelsets.
