I would be really surprised if you could make this work. As metioned above the exchange rate is insane at the moment - it's true some stuff is cheaper here. When I was in Japan I heard riders are buying stuff online at Wiggle UK!
Even 2nd hand bike parts from a store or stuff on Yahoo auctions such as frames are still high priced.
How about spending on the money on used Brooks saddles and Bob Jackson frames then shipping them over there?
