Use a very high grit 2000 from the bay if you can't get a bodyshop to give you some and plenty of water .. sounds a bit iffy but sanding carbon in the shower is good as the running water takes the dust away. All you need to do is matt / finely scratch the glossy clearcoat. If you go too far and the dust turns from White to Black you're sanding carbon and then will have to respray in clear coat to protect the carbon.
